About Burn Ban Oklahoma

Burn Ban Oklahoma (burnbanoklahoma.com) is an independent, free informational service that publishes the current outdoor burn ban status for all 77 Oklahoma counties, updated every day from the Oklahoma Forestry Services dataset.

What we do

• Republish the Oklahoma Forestry Services county burn ban dataset daily, with a dedicated page for every county.
• Show each county's status alongside its neighbours, with the date the data was last checked, on every page.
• Track status-change history over time and offer free email alerts when a county's status changes.
• Explain the rules — what burn bans are and Oklahoma outdoor burning rules.

What we are not

We are not a government agency and have no affiliation with Oklahoma Forestry Services, Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, or any county. Burn ban orders are issued and lifted by board of county commissionerss, sometimes faster than statewide data updates.
